A COMBINATION OF SPORT, FITNESS, AND SELF-DEFENSE FOR ALL AGES: TAEKWONDO is a KOREAN MARTIAL ART and is known for its devastating kicking skills. It is a dynamic martial art that incorporates blocks, open hand strikes, punches, and kicks. Making it one of the most practical means of self-defense.

HYPER PRO MARTIAL ARTS: 

Students take their training to an even higher level by adding Hyper Pro Martial Arts. ESKRIMA/KALI ADULT PROGRAM AGE 13 & UP:

CREATIVE DEFENSE SYSTEMS: This weapon intensive martial art focuses on the practical application of weapons techniques from the FILIPINO MARTIAL ART perspective. This art incorporates elements of JIU-JITSU, the EAGLE CLAW KUNG-FU SYSTEM and STAND-UP GRAPPLING. Weapons technique STICK, DOUBLE STICK, AND KNIFE.

JIU-JITSU PROGRAM:

Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a Martial Art and self-defense system that focuses on grappling and ground fighting. BJJ promotes the concept that a smaller person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique.
